Monday nights at 7.15PM at Charlesland Centre Co Wicklow (Beside Athletics Track) - Track or Road Run Session.

 

Wednesday nights at 7.15PM in Charlesland Athletics Track Co Wicklow - Track session

 

Ad hoc sessions are also arranged for Saturdays and Sundays; contact us for details.

Beginner/Intermediate cycle (2hrs or thereabouts)

Brick Session(Bring Runners) meet Kilmacanogue N11 overpass 8.15am

 - Kilmac  - leaving 8.15am

 - Glen O Downs (N11-Exit 11) at 8.20am- ish...

 - Ashford, 9am- ish

2012 swmimming times will be up until May then we go into the Sea! With wetsuits :)

 

In the summer months we have open water swims at Greystones South Beach (intermediate/advanced) and/or Greystones Harbour (all levels).
